摘 要 供应链管理(SCM)是一种新的管理思想,强调核心企业与其上下游企业建立战略合作关系,实现信息共享,达到“多赢”的效果。实践证明,有效的供应链管理的实施可以给企业带来许多好处,如降低成本、提高客户满意度、提高响应速度、提高企业竞争力等。 随着人们生活水平的提高,休闲时间的增多,生活的多样化,休闲服装已成为现代服装的主流发展潜力很大 本文研究的是我国行业的供应链管理。本文SCM(Supply chain management) is a new management concept,which insists that the core enterprise establish long-term strategic cooperation relationship with upstream and downstream enterprises and realizes information sharing among them in order to multi-win.The practice proved that the implementation of SCM can bring the enterprise many benefits ,for example, it can reduce the cost,improve the Customer Satisfaction, enhance response speed,exalt enterprise competitive power and so on. With the improvement of peoples standard of living, leisure time increased, the diversity of life, casual wear modern clothing has become mainstream, a great potential for development, the industry profit growes. Domestic leisure apparel industry facing international brands and Hong Kong-owned brand of fierce competition and rapidly changing market demand, so the traditional management model is no longer fit for the new situation, therefore, we should use the idea of supply chain management to co-ordinate the overall situation, to reduce the maximum system Internal friction so that casual clothing supply chain in various enterprises to benefit from and be able to increase market reaction speed to adapt to changing customer needs, ultimately enhance Chinas casual wear chain business enterprises and their market competitiveness of the purpose. This paper is about the supply chain management of Casual Clothes Industry of China. The paper first makes a simple review of general theory of supply and supply chain management. Then It analyzes the distance between the situation overseas and situation domestic by comparing our country with Japan and America. After that the paper introduces basic situation of the Casual Clothes field and the developing trend of this field with the Porters’ five competitiveness
