Now the rural aging society has h igher rate of the aging popu lation than towns, sincemore and more ruralmen ofw orking age are flow ing aw ay, w ith old popu lation beh ind thus relevantly increasing. A s the resu lt and as the rural economy development ofGu izhou lags behind, the number of people relying on the state is likely to be relatively large, relations bewt een generationsw orsen and them edical facilities be in shorter supp ly, etc. So four counterm easures are put forw ard accordingly.
