Chapter Four (Reading) 一、教材分析 课 题 Fishing with birds 教学目标 1．知识目标：Master the new words and key phrases . 2．技能目标： （1）Read the article , students can ask and answer some questions about it ; then retell the story in own words . （2）Find the key points (words , phrases , sentences and so on ) in this text; learn to use them to finish some exercise . （3）Make some sentences with passive voice . 3．情感目标: Learn to have a skill in our lives . 教学重点 1. Key words , phrases and sentences . 2. Read and understand the story ,then retell it . 3. Find the sentences of passive voice, then learn something about it . 教学难点 The usage of some words , phrases and sentences . 二、教学流程 （一）温故知新， 承上启下 1. Ask some students to tell one or two interesting stories about traditional skills or jobs that they have heard or learnt , then say something about them ,what you have learnt from them . 2. Do the exercise in Part A and B on Page 52, Look quickly at the article and write the number 1—4 in the blanks . Find words or numbers to complete Millie’s note . （二）组内交流， 取长补短 1. Learn new words and practice reading the text . 2. Discuss and retell the content of this text, practice asking and answering some questions about it , then check the answers . 3. In groups, communicate the key words , phrases , sentences , passive and active sentences , passive verb formsyou have found in this text .
