Yunnan Province small tourism - towns construction should insist the following principles :the government guides ,market di rection ,stressing the characteristic ,strengthening the theme ,respecting nature ,extending the culture characteristic ,integration of the resources ,molding brands ,function improving ,facilities setup ,protecting priority ,developing continuously.
