《中国医学创新》第 12 卷 第 18 期（总第 336 期）2015 年 6月　　护理管理 Huliguanli 护理干预对胶囊内镜检查前肠道准备影响的 前瞻性研究* ① ② ① 叶瑞香 　吴建维 　罗灵敏 【摘要】　目的： 方法： 　　 研究护理干预在胶囊内镜检查前肠道准备时的应用价值。 选取 2013 年 7 月 -2014 年 11 月 于本院首次行胶囊内镜检查的患者 60 例，按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各 30 例，对照组给予传统预约 方法，观察组在对照组基础上实施护理干预，观察两组患者肠道准备的效果及对检查结果的影响。结果：观察组患者 肠道清洁度、检查效果及一次成功率均优于对照组，观察组患者胶囊内镜胃内留滞时间短于对照组，而其肠内留滞时 间长于对照组，观察组患者 SAS 评分、SDS 评分、健康知识评分及护理质量满意度均明显优于对照组，两组比较差异 均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：综合、个体化护理干预可改善胶囊内镜检查前肠道清洁度，提高检查效果，改善患 者心理状态，提高患者知识水平及患者满意度。 【关键词】 　　 　胶囊内镜；　肠道准备；　护理干预 　　A Prospective Study of Nursing Intervention on Bowel Preparation before Capsule Endoscopy Impacts/YE Rui- xiang，WU Jian-wei，LUO Ling-min.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（18）：079-081 　　【Abstract】　Objective：To study the value of nursing intervention before capsule endoscopy bowel preparation time. Method：60 patients who underwent capsule endoscopy in our hospital were selected from July 2013 to November 2014 and were randomly divided into control group and observation group，30 cases in each group.The patients of control group were given conventional reservation method，the observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of control group，the effect of bowel preparation and the impact on test results were observed.Result：The patients of observation group with intestinal cleanliness，inspection results and a success rate were better than the control group，capsule endoscopy in the stomach of patients in the observation group the lag time was shorter than the control group，the lag time was longer than its intestinal control group， the observation group of SAS scores，SDS score，quality of health care knowledge and satisfaction scores were significantly better than the control group，all the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive and individualized nursing intervention
