T hus, we should build a cultivating pattern of scientific personnel of innovative type.T he concrete measure is turning spoonfed teaching into elicitation method of teaching, applying modern information technique to de velop interdisplinary and intermajor personnelwho own rich scientific theory, at the same time, improving edu cational environment, creating free,light, steady as well as stimuluseffect atomosphere, guiding students by the use of STS to participate in scientific research and technique innovation activities, combing scientific inno vation with social development, then, realizing the goal of cultivating scientific personnel under the system of scientific spiritscientific methodscientific knowledge.
