The emp irical resu lts show that, since the 1990s, the avera e level of hum an cap ital has had a risin trend, but the overall level remained rather low. There ex ists lon - term, stable, balanced relationsh ip a m on econom ic row th the avera e / eneral human cap ital level, and the avera e innovative hum an cap ital level. The positive mi pact of such levels plays a certain role in promotin econom ic row th, thou h less sustainable.
