·经验交流· 乳腺神经内分泌癌的超声表现及病理特点 虞晓龙 金梓涵 李 尊 郑建刚 奚 静 周 喜 王 珏 摘 要 目的 探讨乳腺神经内分泌癌的超声表现及病理特点。方法 分析４ 例乳腺神经内分泌癌患者的临 资料、超声表现、病理及免疫组化结果。结果 乳腺肿块２ 例位于右侧，２ 例位于左侧；４ 例均为不均匀低回声，２ 例表现为 斑点状钙化，３ 例血流信号丰富。免疫组化检查，均表达嗜铬颗粒蛋白A（ＣｇＡ ）、神经元特异性烯醇化酶（ＮＳＥ ），３ 例表达突 触素（Ｓｙｎ ）。随访期间未见复发。结 乳腺神经内分泌癌是一种罕见的乳腺恶性肿瘤，超声表现有一定特征，雌孕激素受 体阳性与ＣｅｒｂＢ－２ 基因表达阴性是预后良好的指标，确诊主要依靠病理组织学检查及免疫组化染色。 关键词 超声检查；免疫组织化学；神经内分泌癌，乳腺 ［中图法分类号］R737.9 ；R445.1 ［文献标识码］A Ultrasonographic and histopathological characteristics of breast neuroendocrine carcinoma YU Xiaolong ，JIN Zhihan ，LI Zun ，ZHENG Jiangang ，XI Jing ，ZHOU Xi ，WANG Jue Department of Ultrasound ，the Wujin Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University ，Changzhou 213200 ，China ＡBSTRACT Ｏbjective To investigate the ultrasonographic features of breast neuroendocrine carcinoma as well as its clinical and histopathological characteristics. Methods The clinical data ，ultrasonographic features ，pathological and immunohistochemical results of four patients with breast neuroendocrine cancer were analyzed. Results The masses of 2 patients located in the right breast ，the other two were in the left side. Among all the 4 cases ，masses showed uneven low echo ，2 of them presented punctate calcification ，3 showed rich blood flow. Results In histopathological examination ，the CgA and NSE were expressed in all cases and Syn was expressed in 3 cases. During the follow-up period ，no recurrence was found. Conclusion Breast neuroendocrine carcinoma is a kind of rare breast malignancy. It has a certain ultrasonographic features. The positive estrogen and progesterone receptor and CerbB-2 gene expression are indicators for the good prognosis.
