Methods Siemens Acuson Antares full digital color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, of 580 cases of 16~40 weeks of fetal two-dimensional nasal lip and real-time three-dimensional ultrasound recon鄄 struction of detection. Results Found lip (palate) cleft in 12 cases, 1 case of missed diagnosis. Two-dimensional ultrasound imaging, the combination of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound imaging was 100% diagnostic rate of 99.8%.
