摘 要 摘 要 20 世纪 70 年代，为解决经济危机，剑桥大学创建了英国第一个大学科学园，由此 揭开了大学科学园在英国发展的序幕。初期，英国大学科学园发展缓慢，且都是大学独 资创建，政府仅仅倡导，并未起到实际作用。80 年代中期，英国大学科学园进入高速 发展期，地方政府开始参与园区建设，成为其建设主体之一。到 90 年代末，大学、政 府（地方政府和中央政府）与企业三元一体共同推动英国大学科学园走向成熟。使其逐 步成为生活、娱乐、工作、休闲一体化的新型社区，成为新的区域经济增长点之一。本 文描述了英国大学科学园创建至今的发展轨迹，总结其成功经验，以期对我国大学科学 园建设提供一些有益启示。 关键词：英国 大学科学园 发展历程 启示 I Abstract Abstract In 1970s’ , in order to solve the economic crisis，Cambridge University founded the first university science park in England ，which set the stage for the coming development of the university science park in England. At first, they developed slowly, and were founded solely by universities. The government merely proposed , playing by no means the practical role in this process. The English university science parks developed highly in the middle of 1980s’. Local authorities started to construct them and became one of main construction bodies. At the end of 1990s ，universities, governments ( local central )and enterprises worked as a trinity to impel the science parks to grow to maturity. The English university science parks have gradually turned to the new integrated communities of life, entertainment, work and leisure, and also a new percentage of regional economy increasing. This dissertation describes the development of the English university science park, summarizes its successful experience, and therefore expects to have a beneficial enlightenment on the construction of the university science parks in our country.
