摘 要 摘 要 独立学院是在我国新形势下高等教育办学体制的一种探索与创新。经过了十多年的 发展，其招生规模已占本科生招生总量的三分之一，已成为我国高等教育发展的生力军。 然而，独立学院在快速的发展进程中也难免存在着很多问题，其中，探索和加强独立学 院的学生管理工作是其健康发展的重要保证。“好的开始是成功的一半”，学生管理工作 应当从新生抓起。独立学院是高校办学体制的创新形式，那么其新生管理工作也应当与 时俱进，探索有针对性、具有鲜明特色的新工作思路，以适应教育形势发展需要，满足 社会对人才培养的需求。本文就是从理论与现实双重角度出发，试图在分析独立学院新 生管理工作存在的问题的基础上，探索一条更为科学可行的新生管理模式。 本文从对独立学院新生管理背景的分析和新生概念的界定出发，结合问卷及访谈调 查的形式，对独立学院新生管理工作的现状进行了分析。在肯定其所取得的成绩的基础 上，分析了当前独立学院新生管理工作中存在的问题及成因。最终在文献的分析及调查 研究的基础上分别从时间、人员、内容、形式以及操作实施等各个角度提出了新生管理 工作改进的新思路。期望能为独立学院新生管理工作的提高提供借鉴。 关键词 独立学院 新生 新生管理 入学教育 I Abstract Abstract The independent college is a kind of exploration and innovation in the university education system under the new situation in our country. After 10 years of development, its enrollment scale has accounted for one third of the total undergraduate students. It has become the main force of China’s higher education. However, the independent college also unavoidably exist many problems in its rapid development process. Among them, the exploration and strengthening of the independent college student management is an important guarantee for its healthy development. “Well begun is half done”, student management should be started from the freshmen. As the independent college is an innovation form of the university education system, its freshmen management should also keep pace with The Times, explore targeted and distinctive ideas in order to adapt to the needs of education development and meet the needs of society for talents. Just from the theoretical and realistic perspective, this paper tries to analyze the problems in the freshmen management of the independent college, based on this, to explore a more scientific and feasible
