The focus of the paper is to explore the mechanism of enhancement of cluster ’s technological capabili ty . It argues that the enhancement of cluster ’s technological capability results from both a dynamic process and a static process ,the former is reflected by the pull and push effect between firm ’s technological capability ,and the latter is reflected in the continuous accumulation of the factors of cluster ’s technological capability .
