摘 要 水是人类的生命之源，也是社会经济发展最重要的支持要素。近年来，随着我国社会经济高速发展和城市化快速推进，饮用水安全和水环境质量要求不断提高，与此同时，生活污水和生产废水排放量明显增加，各种污染物排放量不断增长，使我国水资源和水环境面临严重挑战。因此提高污水处理率，保护有限的水资源已经成为我国环境保护工作的紧迫任务。 本设计的主要任务是某城市污水处理厂的设计，设计规模为50000m3/d。根据进、出水水质指标要求，综合各方面因素考虑，最终选取了CAST工艺。污水处理流程为：原污水→中格栅→污水泵房→细格栅→沉砂池→CAST池→接触消毒池→出水；污泥处理流程为：从CAST池排出的剩余污泥→污泥浓缩池→污泥脱水机房→泥饼外运。 根据处理流程，对各构筑物进行选型、设计并确定附属设备的型号。完成了该城市污水处理厂的平面布置图和高程布置图，以及主要构筑物的设计图。最后对本工程的投资和运行成本进行了简单的概预算。最终完成该城市污水处理工程的设计。 关键词：城市污水，CAST工艺，设计 ABSTRACT Water is not only the source of human life, but also the most important supporting factor of the social and economic development. In recent years,as Chinas rapid economic development and social rapid urbanization, drinking water safety and water quality requirements continue to increase, at the same time, domestic sewage and wastewater emissions increased significantly, rising emissions of various pollutants, water resources and water environment is facing serious challenges. Therefore, accelerating the sewage treatment rate to protect the limited water resources has become an urgent task for Chinese environmental protection work. The main task of this design is the sewage treatment plant in an urban sewage treatment , design size 50000m3/d. The CAST process is selected and an effective feasible process of sewage treatment is designed for the wastewater according to water quality indexes of inflow and drainage. The sewage treatment plant process: from the pumping station to the grit chamber, into the CAST reactor, contact disinfection tank, the final effluent; sludge process: from the CAST reactor sludge discharged from into the sludge thickening tank for pollution soil enrichment, and then sent to the belt filter press, and further dehydrated, transported for burning.The process has the advantages of high resistance to shock loading, small area, low cost, flexible operation and other advantages.
