The outskirts aban- doned land causes the enormous w aste of land resource, but it can become useful landscape type after resuming. Takes Shili ag- riculture ecological garden as an example, the service funct ions such as aesthet ic value, culture-educat ion value, amusement and travel value, scientific research value, environment al protection value etc. of the outskirts abandoned land after resuming are studied, and the development prospect about the resuming of outskirts abandoned land is put forward.
