一种消除元件误差的孔系组合夹具系统+

摘要：提出一种能消除元件误差的孔系组合夹具定位方案自动设计方法。设计了软硬件结合的特殊孔系组
合夹具系统，该系统避免了对夹具制造精度的依赖。降低了夹具的制造精度，从而大大降低了孔系组
合夹具的使用成本。首先建立理想夹具的定位方案。再通过建立数学模型求解考虑元件实际尺寸情
VC++6．0语言开发了软件原型系统。
