Based on the t aditiona l optmi a l pow e flow a lgo ithm, a mu lti pe iod dynam ic optmi a l powe flow ( DOPF) is studied. A c co ding to the cha acte istic equation of the asynch onous gene ato , its m ode lw as com b ined w ith the p mi a ldua l in te io po int m ethod and a new algo ithm tha t fits the DO PF in w ind powe in teg a ted system s was deduced. Besides, Lindex tha t can effective ly eflec t voltage stability w as int oduced into DOPF. In the end, w ith diffe ent pene t ation levels taken into account, the in fluences of w ind fa m s on the econom y and stability of the system a e analyzed.
