Results: The results from HPLC,AAS,GC,all with are as well as expected.Conclusion: Reference basis on comprehensive environment mechanism（namely geographical features）in producing regions for the quality evaluating and control of glycyrrhizae radix is feasible; this is helpful for the companies on the purchase and production of medicinal materials,as well as the quality assurance of drugs such as pulse-invigorating and heart-nourishing pill in the pharmaceutical factories.
