食品是人类赖以生存和发展的重要物质之一,食品安全是一个永恒而沉重的话题,也一直是全球面临的共同挑战, 在工业化及全球化高速发展的今天,随着食品生产和生活水平的现代化,食品安全问题日益成为人们强烈关注的问题。食品安全关系到生命安全、社会稳定和国家形象,世界各国政府都在不断加强和完善食品安全的治理监管机制,把保证食品安全作为其最重要的工作职责之一,以做到为国民提供安全卫生的食品。本文在分析美国、欧盟、加拿大、日本等国家食品安全监管体系的基本模式和主要特征的基础上,通过比较借鉴,对我国完善食品安全监管体系提供了一定的建议。
