SERVICE AGREEMENT THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into on this the ______ day of __________, 2013 by and between: ________________________________, a company duly incorporated and registered under the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with its registered address at __________________________, China, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, And Adventurous Jobs Inc., company duly incorporated and registered under the laws of Canada, with it’s address at 210-1089 West Broadway, Vancouver BC, V6H1E5, Canada, hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier”. Background The Supplier provides English language teacher recruiting services. The Company provides English training services to students in China and requires English language teachers. The Company wishes to contract the Supplier for their recruiting services. The Supplier has a team of teacher recruitment professionals and wishes to supply recruiting services. In consideration of the foregoing, the parties hereto agree as follows. Services The Supplier shall provide suitably qualified teachers who sign a 1 year contract with the company and who remain employed by the company at the very least until the end of the standard 60 day probation period. The definition of ‘suitably qualified’ will vary depending on the location of the school. The Company is responsible for providing the Supplier with up to date information regarding teacher criteria requirements and vacancies. The Company is responsible for always observing the terms and conditions of the teacher employment contract. The Company agrees to adequately train and provide support to the teachers signed through the Supplier. The Services will at all times be provided by the Supplier or companies affiliated to the Supplier from its overseas office.
