Vol.31 No.9 石油化工应用 第31 卷 第9 期 Sept. 2012 PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY APPLICATION 2012 年9 月 制氮车连续油管气举排液技术在苏里格气田的应用 邓 丹，赵卫军 （中国石油长庆油田分公司第三采气厂，内蒙古乌审旗 017300） 摘 要：井底积液是导致单井产量下降和储层污染的主要原因，采用何种方式能够实现积液井快速有效低成本地排液复 产是苏里格气田开发及正常生产的关键。连续油管氮气气举排液技术是使用制氮车或者液氮泵车配合连续油管设备进行 排液作业的工艺技术，在现场应用中发现使用制氮车比用液氮泵车进行连续油管氮气气举排液作业的成本更低、更安全。 苏里格气田采用NPIU1200-35HP 膜制氮增压设备进行现场制氮和增压，配合进行连续油管氮气气举排液作业施工数井 次，取得了显著的成效。因此，制氮车连续油管气举排液技术在苏里格气田开发生产中具有重要的应用价值。 关键词：连续油管；制氮车；气举排液；应用价值 中图分类号：TE357.7 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1673-5285 （2012）09-0081-04 Nitrogen gas generation car coiled tubing gas lift drainage technology in the application of Sulige gas field DENG Dan，ZHAO Weijun （Gas Production Plant 3 of PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Company ， Wushenqi Neimenggu 017300 ，China） Abstract :Bottom effusion is the main reason for individual well ’production descent and reservoir pollution, we use the type of technology which can drain quickly and effectively bottom effusion at low cost that is the key to sulige gas field development and the normal production. Coiled tubing nitrogen gas lifting drainage technology is what use nitrogen gas generation car or liquid nitrogen pump truck with coiled tubing equipment to drain fluid, the technology that use nitrogen gas generation car with coiled tubing equipment to drain fluid,is more low cost and safer than another technology that use liquid nitrogen pump truck with coiled tubing equipment to drain fluid in the field application.We use NPIU1200 -35HP membrane nitrogen gas and pressure generating equipment to manufacture nitrogen and boost pressure on the spot.
