CHINESE JOURNAL OF CT AND MRI, APR.2015, Vol.13, No.4 Total No.66 Diagnostic Value of MRI and CT in Sacroiliac Joint Lesion of Ankylosing Spondylitis* [Abstract] Objective To evaluate and analyze the clinical value of MRI and CT in the 论 著 diagnosis of sacroiliac joint lesions of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods 78 cases with ankylosing spondylitis underwent MRI and CT scanning to judge the degree of lesions, and the results were compared to the clinical bone abnormality rate. Results The sensibility of MRI to examine sacroiliac lesions of ankylosing spondylitis I were 33.33% (26/78), which was significantly higher than CT 17.95% (14/78) (P0.05). There was no statistical significance (P0.05) to diagnose sacroiliac lesions of severer than ankylosing 强直性脊柱炎骶髂 spondylitis II by MRI and CT. The detectable rate of bone abnormality of CT was significantly higher than MRI (P0.05). Conclusion Compared with MRI, CT has a 关节病变应用MRI与 higher resolution, which can effectively diagnose sacroiliac joint lesions.
