Promote great development of socialist culture prosperity is inseparable from the prosperity and development of new rural culture. From the current practice, although Chinas current in promote the building of urbanization, but in such a population of more than 1.3 billion countries, we must always taking agriculture as the important foundation of the national economy. So to promote the new rural construction is the inevitable requirement, strengthen the construction of new countryside culture is the inevitable requirement. In this paper, the connotation and theoretical foundation of new countryside culture construction were summarized, and then on the basis of investigation and study points out the problems existing in the construction of new rural culture and analyzes the reasons, finally puts forward some countermeasures to the new countryside culture construction.
