The Exploration on the Application of Club System In the Administration of Technical School Students Abstract Class Club is defined as an administration system which introduces club operating model into school administration. The basic unit is individual class in which students carry on autonomous operating and participate in activities aiming to improve their comprehensive abilities. Club system can be regarded as an innovation of the administration of technical school students. Ping yang Technical School introduced club system in the March of 2002. Five years’ practice proves to be efficient and successful in certain field. Based on the practice of club system in Ping yang Technical School, this thesis discusses the theory and practice of class club administration mode systematically by means of questionnaire and literature review. The whole thesis is made up of four parts: The first part focuses on the feasibility analysis of the availability of club system in technical school. It contains the analysis of club system’s introduction in technical school at the basis of the study on the situation of students’ resources and social needs of elites, and by tidying up the class study at home and abroad, the present study of students’ administration of home classes and club to make a better understanding of the research background. The second part deals with the basic connotation of administration model of class club.
