The Cu/ ABS conductive functionally gradient materials ere prepared successfully by laminate molding through changing the content of the Cu filler of each layer. T he structure and performane of the materials ere investigated. The experimental results indicate that the performance of the materials changes gradually along the thickness direction based on the content of Cu, hich sho s great difference from the homogeneous composites. Conductivity test sho s that the percolation phenomenon takes place in the CFGM and the corresponding volume 16 5 resistivity changes from 10 cm of one side to 10 cm of another side. Bending test s indicate that the ABS rich side sho s better bending strength, hich is 6% lo er than neat ABS only; and that the filler rich side sho good bending modulus, hich is
