However, EVs did not develop favorably for some reasons. The energy crisis and serious pollution of the atmospheric environment drew our attention to EVs again. While the controversy has never stopped. Our paper is aimed to discuss on this issue to draw some conclusions and give some advice on this argument. To deal with task one, we developed two models based on Life Cycle Assessment. We try to estimate the impacts of widespread use of EVs by studying the whole life cycle of the fuel. We make an inventory of electric vehicles and analyse it. Through comparing with the traditional vehicles, we draw a conclusion that widely use of EVs is environmentally sound. But, the style of the electricity has a prominent impact on it. So it is of great significance to determine the appropriate amount and style of the electricity. traditional vehicles are economically sound compared to EVs because of the higher purchase cost . So the government should make macro-economic control and the manufacturers should try to promote the performance and reduce the price. To deal with task three, we assume that there are three participants, the government, consumers and charging parties(including charging station operators and power plant suppliers) , playing a game in order to produce the largest number of benefits to the environment, society, business and individuals.
