Analysis on Intrusion Mechanism of Tunnel Support and the Optimized Scheme for Exchanging Tunnel arch A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate:Qin Wei Supervisor:Prof. Xie Yongli Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 隧道洞口段围岩多为浅埋、松散破碎的岩体,在进行洞口段施工时,不可避免的会 对围岩产生扰动,改变围岩的初始应力状态。施工或支护控制不当可能引发围岩大变形, 导致初期支护因变形过大而侵入二次衬砌限界,甚至支护结构失稳破坏而发生塌方。在 大量实际工程中,类似侵限问题时有发生,这无疑会影响到工程质量,造成工期延误, 造价提高以及一系列的安全隐患问题。目前,已经在不少施工经典案例中总结出了许多 宝贵的经验,国内外许多专家学者也一直致力于控制围岩大变形的理论与实践的研究。 本文依托梅大高速公路山子顶隧道工程,就其在右线隧道洞口段发生初期支护侵限 问题进行了原因分析和换拱方案优化研究。依据山子顶隧道的工程地质条件和施工方 案,作者结合对量测数据处理分析得到的变形发展规律,对围岩大变形原因从内部和外 在两个层面进行了分析。本论文通过对围岩大变形稳定性控制理论的研究,寻找合理开 挖方法与支护措施的理论依据。论文作者利用ANSYS 数值计算软件,采用围岩位移反 演正分析的方法,对换拱过程进行模拟分析及方案比选。最后,作者将数值模拟结果运 用到工程实际中,提出优化方案,并对山子顶隧道换拱施工的处治效果进行评价。 关键词:隧道工程,围岩大变形,换拱方案,监控量测,数值模拟 i Abstract As the surrounding rocks of the tunnel ’s portal are mostly shallow buried, loose and broken, the tunnel portal’s construction will inevitably produce disturbance to surrounding rocks, changing their initial stress state. Improper construction or supporting control method will cause severe deformation of the surrounding rocks, resulting in the primary support’s intruding into the secondary lining limit. It can even lead to the buckling failure of the support structure and then landslide. In many engineering practices, the similar invasion limit problems happen from time to time,which will undoubtedly affect the engineering quality and bring about delays, increasing costs and a series of safety problems. At present, a lot of valuable experience has been summed up in a lot of classic cases of construction, and many experts and scholars at home and abroad have been dedicated to the theory and practice research on the control
