Th en the rats w ere random ly div ided into m ode] group , h igh dose of C h inese m edicin e, low dose of C h inese m edicine, m etform in group . R esistin , L eptin , IL -1，and th e m R N A level of N F - k appa B and I kapp a B w ere m easured after the treatm ent. R esu lt: C om p ared w ith th e m odel group , th e C h inese M edicin es group s of serum resistin , leptin , IL -1, N F-kB m R N A content decreased sign ificantly, th e expression level of I k‘appa B w as increased. T h ere is no significantly difference b etw een th e tw o group s of traditional C h in ese m edicine group .
