味，符合方药纳入标准的共 131 味中药。建立了 5 个 PD 药物数据库，运用现代数据
挖掘方法，对 131 味中药分别从不同角度进行了频数分析，挖掘出高频中药 41 味。
对高频药物进行因子分析、聚类分析、主成份分析，结合频数分析结果，总结出现代
中医治疗PD 的遣方用药特点，从药物的角度推论出帕金森病现代中医证治规律特点。
（三）提出帕金森病发病假说、基本治法、辨证类型及相应的处方用药
1.提出帕金森病的发病机制假说：PD 病位在脑，脑髓空乏是 PD 发生发展的核心
病理环节，肝、肾、脾亏虚是导致脑髓空乏的主要病理基础。内风、瘀血是 PD 的核
心病理产物, 内风、瘀血的生成和存在是本病缠绵难愈，持续加重，变生它证的关键

因素。总体上属于本虚标实之证。病机特点可以概括为：○正虚为本，邪实为标。○

本虚之中，脑髓空乏为主；○邪实之中，内风、瘀血为要。
2.提出了基本治法：滋补肝肾法、益气养血法、填精益髓法、活血熄风法。
3.提出辨病治疗的基本方药：白芍、天麻、当归、川芎、僵蚕、全蝎、甘草、熟
地等。
4.提出临床基本的 5 个辨证类型及相应的治疗方法和药物组合。
