Research on the clinical assessment of ping gan xie huo treating primary hypertension of Youth and Middle Age and the effect of the plasma Hs-CRP level Speciality：Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author ：Liu Juan Tutor：Zhang Shiliang Abstract Objective：According to the basic theory of TCM, and combined with the modern research, evaluate the clinical curative effect of ping gan xie huo treating primary hypertension of Youth and Middle Age and the safety, and observe the effect of the plasma Hs-CRP level. Methods ：60 patients accorded with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, the trial group (30 cases) were treated with self-hypotensive prescription and Cozaar, the control group (30 cases) were treated with Cozaar, after four weeks, observe clinical curative effect and safety index. Results ：The trial group can obviously reduce blood pressure, restore blood pressure circadian rhythm, improve the body symptom, reduce the plasma Hs-CRP level, had better effects than control group (P0.01 or P0.05). Conclusion：The self-hypotensive prescription is a safe and exactly efficacious TCM compound of ping gan xie huo treating primary hypertension of liver-fire excess of Youth and Middle Age.
