摘 要 刀具信息作为DNC车间中十分活跃的生产要素，与DNC车间各部门关系密切， 贯穿于整个生产过程，并直接影响到企业的生产进程和产品的加工质量。实现DNC 车间中刀具信息的有效管理，可提高DNC车间刀具资源的利用率，增强生产中刀具 供应的协同能力，缩短生产中的非加工时间，对提高DNC车间的生产组织灵活性与 生产自动化程度具有重要意义。 本文在分析了刀具管理系统在企业生产活动中的地位与作用，并揭示传统刀具 管理模式不足之处的基础上，对面向DNC车间的刀具管理系统进行了研究。 首先，通过对DNC车间通信技术的调研，建立了基于串口的DNC车间通信模型， 随后给出了DNC车间通信的软件实现。 其次，通过对刀具管理系统的总体需求分析，建立了DNC车间刀具管理系统的 设备构成模型、逻辑运作模型和系统功能模型，完成了面向DNC车间的刀具管理系 统的总体结构设计，并探讨了刀具管理系统与DNC车间管理系统的信息集成方式。 接着，详细介绍了面向DNC车间的刀具管理系统的具体开发与实现，包括刀具 信息编码机制的建立、刀具数据库的设计、系统各功能模块的具体实现、刀具图片 的存储与显示等。 然后，给出了DNC车间通信的运行实例和面向DNC车间的刀具管理系统软件的 运行界面，以及它们的应用实例。 最后对全文的研究工作和取得的成果进行了总结，并提出了进一步研究的建议 和设想。 关键词：DNC ，刀具管理，数据库，C/S，刀具编码 I Abstract Tool is one of the most active production factors in DNC workshop. All functional departments in the workshop is closely related to tool management. The manufacturing efficiency might be affected by tool management. Implementation of an effective Tool Management System will reduce tool cost and inventory, decrease machine downtime, and improve the quality of the parts being produced. In addition, proper tool management will increase the production automation level, and enhance the flexibility of manufacturing activities. The roles and effects of tool in modern manufacturing activities are discussed. The Tool Management System for DNC Workshop is studied based upon the analysis of shortcomings of traditional tool management mode.
