Therefore, it is necessity and realistic to research administrative kind of institution reform model. This paper firstly explains our country administration institution theory and based on the administrative kind of institution concept, characteristics and reform course, descript the present situation of administrative institution, then analyzes the main difficult problems in the aspects of our country administration kind of institutions in the external management system and internal operation mechanism.
