湖北省中小城市交通管理规划关键技术地研究.pdf

摘 要 近年来 随着城市国民经济的快速发展与城市化进程的加快 城市交通问题成 为了制约城市经济发展的瓶颈 作为治理城市交通问题的交通管理规划在我国不少 城市得到了广泛的开展 目前正值制定新一轮城市总体规划的阶段 以畅通工程评比为动力的湖北省各 中小城市也处于编制交通管理规划以及加强基础设施建设的重要时期 此时有必要 对湖北省中小城市编制交通管理规划的关键技术进行研究 本文首先对中小城市编制交通管理规划的指导思想 规划原则 规划依据等进 行研究 在对收集到的湖北省中小城市交通管理规划编制文本进行研究的基础上 找出 湖北省中小城市在交通管理上普遍存在的问题以及中小城市的交通特性 提出编制 交通管理规划应注意的问题 交通需求分析与预测分别是交通管理规划的关键技术之一 目前交通管理规划 中的交通需求分析与预测大都是采用交通规划中的 四阶段 预测模式 但是由于 实施 四阶段 预测模式 需要进行大量的交通调查且 四阶段 预测模式本身理 论体系存在不足 从而使按照 四阶段 预测模式编制的交通管理规划存在一定的 困难和问题 本文在对交通规划 四阶段 预测模式存在的困难和问题 城市与城市道路网 发展以及我省道路建设投资进行分析的基础上 提出道路网流量生长树预测法 并 以武汉市武珞路以及安陆市规划路网为例 对道路网流量生长树预测法的合理性和 可行性进行初步探讨 关键词 交通管理规划 交通需求预测与分析 生长树预测法 I II Abstract Presently, with the developing of city country economic and the quickening of city course, city traffic problem has become the bottle-lock of city economic development. Traffic Management Planning has been broadly adopted in many cities of China as the method of dealing with the city traffic problem. Recently, Constituting City Plan at the importance stage, then medium and small cities of HuBei provinces are also at the importance stage of constituting of Traffic Management Planning and intensifying foundation establishment. It is very importance to do research on the key technology of traffic management planning of medium and small cities of HuBei province. First, do research on the guidance idea and principia and gist of constituting of traffic management planning. Based on doing research on the part traffic management planning text of medium and small cities of HuBei province, find the normal problem of traffic management and the traffic characteristic of medium and small cities of HuBei province.
