Applying unit root test, cointegration test and Granger causality test, the paper conducts a research on the relation between education investment and economic growth. The results demonstrate that there is a long -term cointegration between education investment and economic growth and the error correction model is constructed. Education investment is Granger cause of economic growth. Then, the paper defines Almon polynomial distributed lag model to study the mechanism of education investment and economic growth by using dynamic econometrics. The results show that the lag period of the influence of education investment on economic growth years.
