电子科技大学MBA 论文 A 邮政局的信息化问题研究 摘 要 自从计算机发明以来，人类社会就感受到信息化的冲击，而互联网的 诞生改变了人类社会发展的固有现状，信息化在改造传统产业，创造新的 产业上正发挥着越来越重要的作用，随着信息经济的发展和信息产业的壮 大，信息社会已经和我们每个人息息相关。以此为背景，本文从信息产业 从业者的角度，借助企业信息化的相关理论，重点分析企业信息化模式的 类型，原则，意义，影响等，指出信息化战略对企业整体战略的支持作用， 并以 A 邮政局为例探讨当前邮政企业信息化的现状和面临的挑战，提出适 合A 邮政局发展的信息化发展战略和与其相匹配的信息化发展模式。 论文在引用国内外相关文献综述的基础上，基于笔者在邮政行业多年 从事信息化工作的经验，参考邮政行业内及A 邮政局的一些相关资料和数 据，借鉴诺兰模型等经典信息化理论，具体研究了邮政企业信息化的内涵、 意义、现状和发展趋势，重点分析了A 邮政局信息化可采用的发展模式， 同时结合其特点提出了相应的信息化发展战略以及具体的实施步骤，最后 从企业总体规划和需求入手，探讨研究了与之适合的信息化解决方案，阐 述了对邮政企业信息化的理解和建议，希望对业内有所借鉴。 关键词 企业信息化;信息化模型;信息化战略;信息化解决方案 I 电子科技大学MBA 论文 RESEARCH ON INFORMATIZATIONAL ABOUT “A” POSTOFFICE ABSTRACT Since inventory of computer, people have been attracted by informatization.
