海通汽车滚装码头整车物流发展研究 摘 要 本课题从上海海通国际汽车码头有限公司发展中面临的问题着手 通过对国内外滚装运输行业 整车物流企业的发展历史及趋势分析 以 及对整车物流价值链的研究 提出了在滚装码头发展整车物流能力的战 略设想 即把滚装码头建设成为集汽车装卸 仓储 检测 PDI短驳 等综合物流功能的整车物流企业 在上述分析基础上进一步运用了 PEST分析 竞争五种力量模型等 方法对海通公司发展整车物流的外部环境进行了分析 指出了滚装码头 发展整车物流所面临的外部环境 同时本文对海通码头内部资源进行分 析和总结 并用 SWOT分析方法阐述了海通码头发展整车物流所面临的 各种优势 劣势 机会及威胁 最后 本文对海通码头发展整车物流的实施策略进行了探讨 在发 展整车物流的合作伙伴上 可以考虑依靠合作获取资源与市场 在市场 营销上 积极树立自己的企业形象 在码头资源上 通过置换等手段扩 大码头资源 在内部资源整合上 要调整企业结构 建立适宜的管理体 系与企业文化 本课题的研究 是对国内滚装码头这一新兴行业的发展模式的探 索 指明了汽车综合物流服务中心这一滚装码头的发展方向 对改变现 有滚装码头服务项目偏少 综合竞争能力偏弱的问题 具有一定的指导 意义 关键词 滚装码头 整车物流 交付前的检测 短驳运输 商检 THE STUDY ON VEHICLE LOGISTIC DEVELOPTMENT FOR HAITONG RO -RO TERMINAL ABSTRACT This article starts from analyzing the problems that Shanghai Haitong International Automotive Terminal Co., Ltd (Following calls Haitong Company) faces in the process of development and the foreign and domestic RoRo transportation field and the development history and trend of vehicle logistics enterprises to propose the strategy of establishing vehicle logistics capability on RoRo terminal. That is constructing RoRo terminal into a logistics service center integrating vehicle loading, storage, inspection, PDI, commodity car transportation and etc. On the basis of the above issues, the external environment for Haitong Company to develop vehicle logistics is further analyzed in PEST, COMPETITION and the other five power model methods. Meanwhile, it shows the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats that Haitong Company faces in the development of vehicle logistics by means of SWOT method.
