对高校毕业生报考“公务员热”的思考 以宿迁学院为例 中文摘要 中文摘要 近年来,随着我国高等教育的普及,高校毕业生的就业压力也随之加大。而 与此同时,在这种激烈的竞争中,公务员报考俨然已成为“中国第一大考”,备受 社会各界关注。 文章通过对宿迁学院历届毕业生就业数据的分析和当前毕业生就业情况的问 卷,采取了定量统计与定性分析、静态与动态、比较分析等各种相结合的研究方 法,对毕业生报考公务员进行了深入地调查研究。 本论文,在认真分析宿迁学院毕业生报考“公务员热”的主要原因之后,从 两方面进行了呼吁,一是向学校方面提出了应该破除“官本位”思想等一系列的 建议;二是向政府方面提出了应该缩小行业社保差距等一些切实可行的建议,从 而正确引导高校毕业生进行理性就业,以期有效地推动毕业生报考“公务员热” 问题的缓和。 关键词:高校毕业生;公务员热;思考 论文作者:章 锐 指导老师:钮菊生 I 英文摘要 对高校毕业生报考“公务员热”的思考 以宿迁学院为例 The Reflection On the hot phenomenon of applying for public servant examination For college graduates ——Based on a Survey from Suqian College Abstract In recent years, with the popularization of higher education in China,the employment pressure for college graduates is increasing. And at the same time, in the fierce competition, civil servants entering themselves for an examination peremptory has become Chinas first big test , having attracted many attentions of the society from all walks of life. The paper adopts the quantitative statistics and qualitative analysis, static and dynamic, the combination of comparative analysis and other research methods through the analysis of successive Suqian college graduate employment data and questionnaire of the current employment situation. And it also carries on the thorough investigation and studies on this phenomenon. After the careful analysis of major reasons,which resulted in Suqian college graduates’craze of public servant,we appeal to the public from two aspects.On one hand, a series of suggestions are put forward that schools
