中文摘要 摘要：配送网络服务能力是由节点与线路服务能力构成的，但不是两者能力 的叠加，节点和线路服务能力的适配性决定了配送网络服务能力的利用程度。论 文对配送网络服务能力的量化方法和适配性评价方法进行研究，以判断配送网络 服务能力的适配程度。 在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上，论文对配送网络服务能力的概念进行了界定， 分析了其内涵、构成及影响因素，并提出了配送网络服务能力适配性的定义。在 此基础上，论文分别分析了配送网络节点和线路的内涵、特性和功能，根据节点 和线路的服务能力构成的基础要素，建立了衡量配送网络节点与线路服务能力的 数学表达式。论文从两个方面研究服务能力适配性，在配送网络节点内部服务能 力适配性研究中，分析了不同时间约束情形下的配送网络节点内部服务能力适配 程度；在外部服务能力适配性研究中，从“上游输出能力”与“下游输入能力” 的匹配上进行分析。最后并提出改进服务能力适配性或者缓解服务能力适配性差 的影响的措施。 论文实现了对配送网络基础要素服务能力适配性的定量研究，对于评估一个 配送网络能力规划的科学性有一定参考价值。 关键词：配送网络；服务能力；适配性；节点；线路 分类号： =iE立交适态堂亟±堂僮迨塞 ．——△垦墨!垦△￡!
