Study on the Traffic Organization and Safety Measures for Reconstruction of Expressway Interchange A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Feng Bo Supervisor：Prof.Yang Shaowei Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 目前，我国高速公路互通式立交逐步进入大规模改扩建时期，随着互通式立 交改扩建的实施，引发了很多改扩建互通式立交区域路段的拥堵、交通事故频发 等严重影响互通式立交区安全运行和施工的交通组织问题。因此，开展对高速公 路互通式立交改扩建交通组织及安全保障研究显得十分迫切。 本文结合国内外研究现状，提出了互通式立交改扩建交通组织及安全保障措 施框架，并逐步进行分析研究，以期达到改扩建互通式立交区域安全畅通的目的。 根据实际互通式立交改扩建实例，并结合理论对互通式立交改扩建方案进行了分 析，与此同时详细论述了引起互通式立交改扩建实施的直接原因。基于互通式立 交改扩建方案的论述，对互通式立交改扩建期间交通组织原则、交通组织类型、 组织方案选取等进行了细致的分析和研究。鉴于互通式立交改扩建交通组织方案 特点，进一步对期间交通安全影响因素、交通设施的设置、交通安全管理及应急 预案进行了详细论述，为互通式立交改扩建期间交通安全保障提供了依据。 本文通过对比分析，确定了交通安全、施工工期、投资经济性和社会影响四 个指标，并综合优缺点分析作为互通式立交改扩建交通组织方案的评价标准，以 期为互通式立交改扩建交通组织实施方案提供依据。 关键词：互通式立交，改扩建，通行能力，评价体系，交通组织，安全保障 I Abstract At present, our country freeway interchange gradually enter the large-scale expansion period, along with the implementation of interchange reconstruction, caused a lot of problems for interchange reconstruction area of safe operation and construction of traffic organization, such as road congestion, frequent road accidents. Therefore, to carry out the expressway interchange reconstruction traffic organization and security study is very urgent. This article unifies the domestic and foreign research present situation, proposed interchange reconstruction traffic organization and security framework, and gradually to conduct the analysis research, in order to achieve the purpose of safe and smooth for interchange reconstruction area.
