内 容 摘 要RESEARCH ABOUT MACHINERY ENTERPRISES’ FOREIGN TRADE AND MANAGMENT ABSTRACT Through the analysis of significance on foreign trade and current situation as well as the opportunities and challenges of Chinas foreign trade after WTO accession for machinery enterprises , to bring up the strategies on machinery enterprise development. With the emphasis on business and the existing problems and what do we pay more attention in the foreign trade, at the same time analysis, judge and resolve it, to management the enterprises overall. This dissertation expand from the following aspects: (1)This paper focus on the issue exist in enterpris, then identify and analysis, to find a major factor which restrict enterprise development, and to propose countermeasures. (2)With a breakthrough in foreign trade business, analysis the business of foreign trade and the problems exist in it, analysis, judgement and resolve it . (3)Use of network technology, management of economics and human resources to manage the foreign trade business.
