Objective: Through by observing self-designed Chinese medicinal formulae with hy- perlipidemia clinical symptoms and indicators, demonstrate the curative effect and safety to hyperlipidemia of type of stagnation of phlegm-damp by the method of regulating the flow of qi,invigorating the spleen,cleaning turbid pathogenic factor. Methods: Sixty patients of Phlegm-Damp Syndrome in Hyperlipidemia were di- vided into therapeutic group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) randomly.The pa- tients of therapeutic group were received Chinese medicine: radix bupleuri 9g, alum processed pinellia 9g,poria cocos 15g, atractylodes rhizome 12g,largehead atractylodes rhizome 12g,alisma rhizoma 30, salvia miltiorrhiza 30g,cassiac torae 30,crataegus 30g,nelumbinis 15,Glycyrrhiza uralensis 6g,each medicinal preparation water will fry two times will take juice 150ml respectively, after the mix, altogether 300ml sooner or later to divide.The patients of control group were given Zocor(simvastatin),each one (20mg), once a day.Treatment for 8 weeks.The difference of the blood Iipid levels, and the syndrome of Tr
