* 工作压力研究：国内二十年的回顾与评析 舒晓兵 1 孙健敏 1 史茜 2 1 2 （中国人民大学劳动人事学院 北京 100872 华中师范大学管理学院 武汉 430079 ） 摘要：工作压力的研究在西方已经进行一百多年了，特别是从 20 世纪初开始工作压力研究 进入一个快速发展时期。作为一个后发型的工业化国家，我国开展对工作压力的研究只有二 十多年的时间。通过对国内近 20 年来有关工作压力研究进行梳理和分析，将不同学科的研 究归纳为测量工具的编制和开发、不同的职业群体的工作压力状况和特征、工作压力源及工 作压力管理等四个研究主题，对每一主题的研究进行回顾和评析。澄清工作压力概念、建立 理论和构造模型以及完善中国背景下的测量工具是国内未来工作压力研究的重要关注点。 关键词：中国 工作压力 压力源 压力管理 Work Stress Research ：A Review of 20 Years of Research in China Shu Xiaobin1 Sun Jianmin1 Shi qian2 (1School of Labor Relations and Human Resources Renmin University of China,Beijing,100872， 2School of Management, Huazhong Normal University,Wuhan,430079) Abstract: The research on work stress as carried out over a century ago in Western world, and has entered into a period of accelerated development since early 20th century. As a newer entrant into industrialization, China has studied this subject for merely 20 years. This paper designs to analysis the study results of work stress in China and comment on the content and scope of each of the four research subjects it summarizes, which are described as the development of measurement, the work strain and characters of population in different occupations, the research of work stressors, the work stress management. At the mean time, it also designs to point out the majo r attention leading current research to clarify the conception of work stress, theorize and construct models, develop the measurement under Chinese background, as well as bring forward future direction of the research.
