Abstract Abstract The education of children living in poverty is a complex social problem which concerning education fair, enhancement of public qulity, stable society and prosper development, so this problem is concerned by more and more people, not only because its determine social fair, but also because it has important link with children’s fortune 、social harmonious and themselves’ qulity. Children’s education who living in poverty in HeBei province isn’t good.We has significant achievement in invest of education 、enhance in education facilitise、improvement of teaching qulity after the work “Universal nine-year compulsory education” , but education of children living in poverty still has problems and occer new problems, instant for the comformity of education resources. More over the assist in education to children living in poverty always ignore some people who are very especially, the effect of assisted polities is not significant. So for the sake of problem in children living in poverty’s education, this study investgate into 427 househodlers in 12 counties of 6 cities in HeBei province, use literature method, quantitative research methods and qualitative research method, throuth deeply study to education conditions, we found that children living in poverty still face at latent drop out 、 school difficulties、disorder charges、impact in culture of poverty、the assist in education has little effort and so on. There is a big gap between Education assist polity and education require.
