汽车零部件制造企业内部物流系统精益改善研究 中文摘要 汽车零部件制造企业内部物流系统精益改善研究 —— 以S 公司为例 中文摘要 随着中国汽车市场的繁荣，国内汽车零部件制造企业进入到迅速发展阶段。但是 由于发展时间较短，与国际先进企业相比，国内企业的竞争力仍显不足。特别是在内 部物流系统方面，由于缺乏先进的理论方法指导，系统大多处于较低层次，生产弹性 低，库存负担大，交货服务水平低，严重影响企业竞争力。鉴于此，本文总结了汽车 零部件制造企业内部物流系统的特点，研究适用的内部物流系统精益改善模型和策略。 本文对当前国内汽车零部件制造企业内部物流系统现状进行研究，总结其固有的 特点和亟需解决的问题，并针对这些特点和问题，构建了内部物流系统的精益改善模 型，提出了具体的改善策略。同时，本文花费大量的精力和篇幅以S 公司为对象进行 了实例研究，研究实施过程中细节问题，并以企业实际绩效指标的变化情况证明了模 型和策略的有效性。 关键词：汽车零部件，制造企业, 物流系统，精益改善 作 者：王 倩 指导老师：李晓峰 I Abstract Study on Lean Improving of Internal Logistics System in Automotive Component Manufacturers Research Study on Lean Improving of Internal Logistics System in Automotive Component Manufacturers Take S as An Example Abstract With the prospering of China automotive market, local automotive component manufacturers have entered the stage of rapidly developing. But, due to short developing time, comparing with advanced international enterprises, the competitive strength of local enterprises still appear weak. Especially in the field of internal logistics system, due to lacking of the guiding with advanced theories and methods, systems of most enterprises are still in a very low level,. With low production flexibility, high inventory and low delivery reliability, internal logistics system has severely influenced the enterprise’s competitive strength. Based on this, the paper summarizes the characteristics, studies on the suitable lean improving methods and model for internal logistics system of automotive component manufacturers.
