焉耆县农村居民点污染特征与农村环境建设研究 摘 要 近年来由于政府把环境保护工作的重心放在城市上，而且随着农村经济发展、居民 收入的提高的同时，由于农村粗放的生产、生活方式和农民淡薄的环境保护意识等原因， 以及现有的环境基础设施不能满足农村生活，在城市环境得到改善的同时，农村环境问 题却日益严重，环境污染问题开始威胁到农村生活环境。本文从农民生活的现状、生活 行为方式、环境保护意识、农村环境基础设施现状、农村居民点环境基础设施供给中存 在的问题及供给不足的原因、环境治理等方面进行分析，反映出研究区农村居民点环境 污染情况及农民对生活环境的满意度和生活愿景，并提出适合农村居民点环境基础设施 建设的模式构想和农村居民点环境管理措施，主要包括：农村居民点环境基础设施建设 的主体模式、饮水设施建设模式、排水设施建设模式、垃圾收集模式和卫生厕所模式。 在改善农村生活环境的同时，使农村居民点环境污染能从根本上得到治理。 关键词：农村居民点；污染特征；环境建设；焉耆县 Ⅰ The characters of rural settlement pollution and study on rural surrounding construction of Yan Qi Abstract With the development of the rural economy in recent years due to government focus on environmental protection work in the city on income increased at the same time, due to extensive rural production, lifestyle and farmers weak environmental awareness, as well as existingenvironmental infrastructure can not meet the rural life in the urban environment be improved at the same time, rural environmental issues has become increasingly serious environmental pollution problems begin to threaten the living environment in rural areas.
