THE COGITATION AND METHOD OF THE TRANSMISSION OF DEVELOPMENTAL PATTERN IN OVERSEAS MARKET FOR ENGINEERING ENTERPRISE ABSTRACT Investment resources promoting engineering projects represent the development direction of the engineering firm in the future and it is an innovation of the traditional project financing and construction mode. Based on the investment resources promoting engineering projects as a train of thought, many issues could be discussed in detail, such as project decision-making, shareholding structure and risk sharing of the engineering enterprises, etc. These issues provide ideas and methods of the model transformation of the investment resources driving engineering project for engineering enterprises. This essay compares the distinction between the EPC mode and PPP mode of the engineering firms, pointing out that from the perspective of project execution, the EPC mode is only parts of the PPP mode link. Based on the detailed analysis of the plight faced by engineering enterprises, the paper specifies that the engineering enterprises should break through the traditional EPC project ideas, participate in the PPP project using the EPC project, and achieve the expansion in the upstream and downstream industries, which could be the basis of the enterprises for long-term development.
