浅析企业财务风险及防范  摘要 21世纪是一个经济全球化的世纪。近年来，随着市场经济的发展，企业改革的日益深入，我国现代企业正在发展壮大。同时，现代企业的生产经营与财务管理面临着巨大的不确定性和风险性。 财务风险是企业诸多风险中最常见的一种。在市场经济环境下，企业财务风险贯穿于各个财务环节。财务管理本身因不确定因素的影响而为企业带来风险。因此，如何防范与规避风险成为了一个重要课题。 本文以企业财务风险为研究对象，从财务风险的基本理论入手，研究企业财务风险的防范问题。第一章导言部分主要阐述企业财务风险的含义及特征以及企业财务风险的分类。第二章主要阐述了企业财务风险的识别与分析。第三章主要归纳了企业财务风险的防范。相信通过这些财务风险的风险分析将会对我国企业未来经营活动带来一定的帮助。 关键字：财务风险 风险识别 风险防范 Abstract 21 century is a new age of globalization. Along with the development of market economy and acceleration of enterprise innovation, our modern enterprise is development and the production and financial management of our modern enterprises face the great uncertainty and risks. The financial risk is in enterprise many risk the most common one kind. Under the market economy environment, The business finance risk penetration in each financial link. finance management oneself usually bring the risk because of the influence of the indeterminate factor. Therefore for business enterprise. So the best way to prevent and avoid the financial risk of business enterprise become an important problem.
