中国土地利用分类研究 摘 要 摘 要 土地利用分类是科学合理的利用土地的有效途径，是进行土地管理和科学决 策的一项基础性技术措施。土地利用分类标准的科学性直接影响紧缺土地资源的 有效配置和长久、可持续利用，影响土地价值的实现。对土地利用分类进行系统 研究，对于丰富土地利用分类理论，节约集约利用土地资源，指导土地利用的实 践具有重要意义。 本文以我国现行的土地利用分类体系为研究内容，对土地利用分类的原理和 框架体系进行了深入分析，形成了分类学原理、系统论原理、概念逻辑原理为一 体的完整的理论体系。系统阐述了土地利用分类体系存在的问题及弊端，提出“系 统性”、“目的性”、“层次性”、“兼容性”四大分类原则，运用MECE 分析法、对 比分析法等，将全国土地利用现状分为4 个一级类别、18 个二级类型、55 个三级 类型，形成三级层次的分类系统。 关键词：土地 土地利用 分类体系 作 者：孙小妮 指导教师：严金泉 I Abstract The study of land use classification in China The study of land use classification in China Abstract Land use classification is not only a scientific and rational means of land use but also a basic technical measure for land management and scientific decision-making. The scientificalness of land use classification criteria directly affect the efficient allocation of the shortage of land resources and the long-term and sustainable land use, affect the value of the land. The systematical study of land use classification has important significance to rich land use classification theory, to save and intensively utilize the land resources, to guide the practice. In this paper, I research the current land use classification system and deep analyze the principles and framework of land use classification system. This study forms a complete theoretical system that contains taxonomy theory, system theory, concept and logical principle.
