                                                   Abstract 
      As a new trade, real estate trade is absorbing many investors into it. Whether the first 
trade or the second trade, it looks prosperous. But with increasing norm of the Chinese real 
estate market, real estate investors will become more and more reasonable. It is necessary 
to   study   investment   opportunity   of   the   real   estate  before   the   item   investment.   The   article 
discusses how to search for the real estate investment opportunity on the base of studying 
the    real  estate   market.    The    article   concerns    for   many     subjects,   such    as  real   estate 
economics , technique economicsinvestment learning,                       market learning and so on. It is 
divided     into   five  parts.  The   first  part   is  the  introduction   and     introduces     the  article’s 
background,       research    sense   and   methods.     The    second    part  is  the  real   estate’s   market 
research and gives some theories including market subdividing, the real estate’s supplying 
and requiring. The third part is the real estate’s investigation and estimation, among them 
the important point is the price predicting and the relation variety between supplying and 
requiring. The fourth part is the core of the whole thesis and discusses from five aspects: 
firstly,   it  analyses   how    to  select   investment     opportunity      according     to  the  investment 
revenue   ratio   and   the   investment  recovering   period      from   the   angel   of   investment   profit. 
Secondly, it analyses how to find investment opportunity according to controlling risk from 
the angel of investment risk. Thirdly, it analyses the general investment opportunity and the 
specific   investment   opportunity   from   the   angel   of   investment   opportunity’s  connotation; 
Fourthly, it analyses the investor how to face investment opportunity when the government 
takes
