Abstract
By analyzing th status of trackless rubber tyr electric vehicl in th coal min , a new
driv system of trackless electric vehicl based on DSP is researched. With th dedicated chip
TMS320F2812 as th cor on motor controlling, th technology of vector control makes
induction motor decoupled. Th detailed studies ar as follows:
Firstly, as th research object, th thr -phas AC induction motor is studied by th
technology of vector control oriented in th rotor field directly. Through coordinat
transformation, th field-oriented vector control system model was built in thr coordinat
systems which can b converted mutually, achieving th goal of th rotor flux and torqu
controlled separately.
Secondly, after comparing and analysis several methods of puls width modulation, th
hysteretic current tracking control algorithm is adopted. And a double-loop vector control
system is designed for asynchronous motors. In Matlab/Simulink, th model of th vector
control algorithm is built and simulated. And th waveform diagram of running motor
illustrates th effectiveness of this program..
Then, th hardwar and softwar components of th driv system will b designed. Th
hardwar structur of driv control system on th induction motor is completed, which takes
TMS320F2812 chip as th core. And th devic s of IPM main power circuit, control system
circuit and detection circuit ar choosed. In softwar development platform CC
