郑 重 声 明 本人呈交的学位毕业设计，是在导师的指导下，独立进行研究工作所取得的成果，所有数据、图片资料真实可靠。尽我所知，除文中已经注明引用的内容外，本学位毕业设计的成果不包含他人享有著作权的内容。对本设计所涉及的研究工作做出贡献的其他个人和集体，均已在文中以明确的方式标明。本学位论文的知识产权归属于培养单位。 本人签名： 日期：   PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 6 摘 要 本次的设计题目是武汉市某高层宾馆设计，该设计包括建筑设计及结构设计。其中结构设计采用手算一品框架及电算整栋建筑。 建筑设计根据建设用地条件和建筑使用功能特点，首先进行平面功能性设计，其次设计建筑立面，并与建筑平面造型相结合，并充分考虑防火分区及安全疏散。 钢筋混凝土框架结构设计包括水平荷载计算及其作用下的侧向位移验算、内力计算，竖直荷载计算及其作用下的内力计算，并考虑延性要求，然后进行内力组合及截面设计。其中水平荷载作用下的内力计算采用D值法，竖直作用下的内力计算采用弯矩二次分配法以及分层法叠加。基础根据导师提供参考资料及规范进行计算。 结构电算为钢筋混凝土框架结构电算，遵循参数设定、判断依据、出施工图的设计步骤。 关键词：?建筑设计；结构设计；框架结构；高层宾馆  ABSTRACT This is a design of a high-rise hotel building, including architectural and structural design. Hand computation is employed for the common framework and computerized calculation for the whole building in the structural design. As for the architectural design, according to the conditions of the construction sites, the functions and characteristics of the building, functional floor design comes first, then the matching building fa?ade, with full consideration offire zoning and safe evacuation. The design of reinforced concrete structure includes horizontal load calculation, the check of lateral displacement and the calculation of internal forceunder the influence of horizontal load, vertical load calculation,the calculation of internal force under the influence of vertical load, the combination of internal forces and section design with consideration of required ductility. The method of D-value is adopted to calculate the internal force under the influence of horizontal load, and the method of two?bending momentdistribution combined with the multi-layer method to calculate that under the influence of vertical load. All the calculations of the base are done in accordance with the requirements and the references provided by our tutor. For the structure computerizing, reinforced concrete frame structures are adopted, abiding by the parameter settings, criteria, and design steps. Key words:
